Google closes $3.1 bln DoubleClick acquisition

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Google Inc said on Tuesday it has completed the $3.1 billion acquisition of DoubleClick Inc, just hours after receiving antitrust clearance from the European Commission.
